Ada finds joy in mentoring youth through Individual Peer Support and hosts Youth Support Groups that provide Biblical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help guide them to find their purpose and confidence in who they are in Christ. Ada is studying Nutritional Therapy and the Gut & Psychology Protocol to become a Certified GAP Coach, aiming to help aid those struggling with health conditions and recovering from addiction. They lost their son Lake, tragically on October 30, 2021 to substance use disorder and fentanyl poisoning. They have been given a torch to carry and have added to their organization, an adolescent mental health and substance use recovery program of SafeHaven Freedom Ministries, “For Lake’s Sake”. They are fighting to bring fentanyl and other drug awareness to the community not only to provide education and resources for this generation but to come alongside families of those struggling in SUD as a resource providing options they didn’t have during Lake’s battle with addiction. By donating one time, or partnering monthly, you will help them continue to serve to reach those looking for hope.
Thank you for encouraging them and supporting financially in the work the Lord has them doing!
